What is the minimum rental period?
The minimum rental is 24 hours.
Are there extra charges for late returns?
Yes, additional hours are charged up to 4 hours only (15% of the daily rate). Beyond that, it’s considered another day.
Can I rent a car for the weekend or public holidays?
Yes, but a minimum of 2 days’ rental is required for weekends, public holidays, or use outside Johor Bahru.
What documents do I need to rent a car?
A copy of your NRIC/passport, driving license, and guarantor’s NRIC/passport.
What is the age requirement for renters?
You must be between 23 and 65 years old with at least one year of driving experience.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, the deposit starts from RM300 and depends on the rental duration.
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
Cancellations must be made via email, WhatsApp, or hotline. Refunds depend on how early you cancel.
Can I drive the car to Thailand?
No, our vehicles are strictly prohibited from entering Thailand.
Is petrol included in the rental rate?
No, fuel and other fees like tolls and parking are not included.
Are child seats available?
Yes, child seats are available for RM50 per rental, subject to availability.
